Sclerosing Hemangioma of the Lung

Abstract
After first description of Liebow and Hubbell, it has been known that sclerosing hemangioma of the lung is a rare benign neoplasm of uncertain histogenesis with a complex but characteristic histologic appearance. This tumor is common in
middle-aged
women, and in most cases it appears as a solitary, homogenous, well circumscribed coin-lesion on simple chest X-rays, and homogenous enhancing mass on computerized tomography .
We experienced a case of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma in 41-year-old female patient.
